Cancellation Policy

At PrismPoint Project Advisement, we understand that schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. To accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following policy for cancellations and rescheduling of appointments and consultations: Cancellation Policy: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel a scheduled appointment or consultation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of 100% charge of the session cost. In the event of a no-show (failing to attend a scheduled appointment without notice), the full session cost will be charged. Rescheduling Policy: Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule a scheduled appointment or consultation. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the session cost. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability may be limited. Notification Methods: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us via email: prismpointproject@gmail.com. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. By providing timely notice, you help us manage our schedule effectively and offer our services to other clients in need.
