Position Summary

Establishes and maintains the program’s document-control system, ensuring accurate distribution, version control, metadata, access, retention, and audit-ready records across assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Set up filing structures, naming conventions, metadata standards, permissions, and workflows.

· Manage RFI, submittal, correspondence, transmittal, meeting-record, and action-item logs.

· Control drawing and specification versions, distribution, superseded records, and receipt confirmation.

· Maintain confidential and audit-ready records in accordance with client retention requirements.

· Index and reconcile closeout records, turnover documents, warranties, and final deliverables.

Required Qualifications

· 5+ years of document control on construction or capital programs.

· Proficiency with Procore, Newforma, SharePoint, or comparable systems.

· Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and records-management discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

· Public-sector, federal, or bond-funded program experience.

· Familiarity with records-retention, audit, and controlled-information requirements.

Position Summary

Conducts facility condition assessments across a portfolio, documenting system condition, deficiencies, remaining useful life, and capital-renewal needs. Findings support annual program review, risk evaluation, and capital prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform field condition assessments across facility portfolios.

· Document building-system condition, deficiencies, remaining useful life, and repair or replacement needs.

· Record observable life-safety, accessibility, and code-related concerns for evaluation by the appropriate qualified professional.

· Develop facility condition assessment reports, supporting photographs, renewal forecasts, and prioritization inputs.

· Validate facility data for annual program review and capital-planning updates.

Required Qualifications

· 8+ years in facility assessment, building engineering, facility management, or a related discipline.

· Strong knowledge of structural, envelope, MEP, vertical-transportation, and life-safety systems.

· Ability to document and prioritize deficiencies clearly for capital planning.

Preferred Qualifications

· CHFM, PE, RA, or relevant engineering/architecture background.

· FCA/asset-management software and cost-estimating experience.

· Occupied-facility experience.

Position Summary

· Serve as the owner’s primary point of contact for assigned projects and task orders.

· Lead design oversight, including scope, constructability, budget-alignment, and RFI reviews.

· Support bid packaging, proposal evaluation, price validation, and procurement coordination.

· Direct schedule, cost, risk, change-order, quality, and stakeholder-management activities.

· Lead punch list, commissioning oversight, turnover, warranty tracking, and lessons learned.

· Mentor and supervise Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers as assigned.

Required Qualifications

· 12+ years of capital construction project management, including owner-side or owner’s representative experience.

· Command of the full project lifecycle: design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.

· Strong cost control, change management, executive communication, and team-leadership skills.

· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

· PMP certification.

· Occupied-facility, public-sector, healthcare, education, or government experience.

Builds and maintains master CPM schedules for multi-facility capital programs and integrates individual project schedules into a portfolio-level view. This role supports mobilization, baseline development, schedule governance, and reliable program reporting.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain CPM baseline schedules in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or the client’s preferred system.

· Integrate concurrent project schedules into a coordinated program-level portfolio view.

· Produce schedule updates, variance analysis, look-aheads, and milestone forecasts at the required cadence.

· Monitor critical path, float consumption, and emerging delays using PrismPoint- and client-established thresholds.

· Reconcile contractor schedules against the owner’s master baseline; support delay-impact analysis and mitigation or recovery planning.

Required Qualifications

· 8+ years of CPM scheduling experience on capital construction programs.

· Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

· Experience scheduling multiple concurrent projects or a program portfolio.

· Strong schedule analysis, written reporting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

· PMI-SP or AACE PSP credential.
