Kimberley Barnes brings over 20 years of experience in project management, including 5 years of specialized expertise in construction project management. As the driving force behind PrismPoint Advisement, her strengths lie in clear communication and an integrative approach to project execution. She has successfully led complex renovation projects, infrastructure developments, and facility build-outs with a client-focused mindset. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), Kimberley is known for her meticulous planning, strategic execution, and ability to deliver results that align with each client’s unique vision and needs.

Chris Barnes serves as Chief Facilities Officer at PrismPoint Advisement, bringing over 25 years of leadership in facility management, building code compliance, and infrastructure operations. His experience spans government, healthcare, and hospitality sectors, where he has managed large-scale facilities with a focus on safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Christopher holds certifications as a Certified Hospital Safety Professional (CHSP) and Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), placing him among the most respected professionals in the field. His deep expertise ensures that every project receives a comprehensive, standards-driven approach tailored to both operational goals and long-term sustainability.
