Kimberley Barnes | President / Principal
Kimberley Barnes leads PrismPoint Project Advisement with more than 20 years of project management experience in construction, healthcare facilities, and manufacturing. She guides planning, budgets, schedules, project controls, and delivery while aligning owners, designers, contractors, and operating teams.
A Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), Kimberley assembles the right support for each engagement while maintaining principal-level involvement.
Chris Barnes | Managing Principal, Facilities and Project Advisement
Chris Barnes brings more than 25 years of leadership in facilities management, infrastructure operations, safety, and compliance across healthcare, government, and hospitality. He connects capital planning and project execution with the operational needs of the facilities they serve.
Chris holds CHFM and CHSP certifications and provides facilities advisory, owner’s representation, and safety training. Together, Chris and Kimberley bring more than 50 years of combined experience to PrismPoint’s clients.
