Our Team.
Principal: Kimberley Barnes
Kimberley Barnes founded PrismPoint Advisement to give clients something the big firms rarely offer: senior-level attention on every project, backed by the capacity to scale. With over 20 years in project management — including deep specialization in construction and healthcare facility work — she leads engagements from first plan to final walkthrough, assembling and directing the right team for each project's scope. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), Kimberley is known for clear communication, disciplined execution, and an ability to align every moving part with the client's vision. Whether it's a single-site renovation or a multi-phase build-out, she right-sizes the team to the job — so clients get exactly the horsepower they need, and none of the overhead they don't.
